Sopartec has been entrusted with the management of the intellectual property of UCL and its commercialisation through licenses, partnerships and the creation of new companies. Sopartec is a member of the Louvain Technology Transfer Office ("LTTO") together with the Research Department ("ADRE") of UCL and Sopartec has founded with some of the Initial Shareholders, and manages, the VIVES I Fund
