Deer Park Road Management Company is an multi-strategy alternative asset manager established in 2003 by Michael Craig-Scheckman. In 2008, Scott Berg joined the Firm as Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Managing Partner. Deer Park focuses on structured and housing related finance and serves a diverse base of institutional, private entity and qualified investors.

Central to Deer Park's investment approach and philosophy is a focus on opportunities throughout the entire credit spectrum, moving away from overvalued sectors, into undervalued sectors. This approach has enabled us to continue to find opportunity throughout various market cycles and events, and importantly, it helps maintain our deep-value discipline.
