Verso is a private equity investor focusing on European B2B businesses with growth bottlenecks: we invest primarily into businesses that have up to €50M of revenue but currently have growth bottlenecks hindering their performance.
We specialise in carve-out situations: we acquire businesses that are not performing optimally in their current environment. We have an extensive track record of successful M&A transactions and use our methodology to ensure quick and efficient transactions.
