Synergis

Synergis Fund is one of Australia’s first wholesale investment funds aimed at transforming the disability housing sector. We aim to set the standard for disability housing in Australia, where every person with disability has access to high quality, safe, stable and appropriate homes.

We put people at the heart of our investment model, and work with wholesale investors, selected SIL providers and accredited SDA providers to overcome the complexities in disability housing, yielding better outcomes both for people living with disability and investors.
