Next in Mind

Next in Mind, co-founded by Reach for Change, The Inner Foundation, and the Tim Bergling Foundation, addresses the growing mental health challenges faced by emerging adults in the Nordics. The organization operates through a dual approach: an incubator program and systematic advocacy initiatives. The incubator program is designed to develop and scale social businesses by refining their operating models, enhancing readiness to scale, and implementing effective impact measurement and funding strategies. In parallel, Next in Mind facilitates co-created advocacy activities aimed at transforming support systems for mental wellbeing solutions across the Nordic region. The initiative collaborates with a diverse range of partners from public and private sectors, academia, and mental health practices, as well as emerging adults themselves. This collective effort seeks to create a nurturing ecosystem that empowers social entrepreneurs to revolutionize mental health support.
