Lingang Group

Lingang Songjiang Tech City is a Chinese state-owned Hi-Tech Economic Development Zone.

Since 1995 we have accompanied technologic and innovative companies. Our main industries include 3D printing, robotics, electronics, software, online services, ecommerce and culture.

We provide ISO certified infrastructures and business services. Our teams accompany companies at all stages of their operations, from creation and incubation, to going public and applying for patents. Our Cooperation Department works to coordinate industries in the park and can help connect with bigger corporations.

Since 2007, we have started a new wave of development, unearthing new projects every couple years. As of 2016, our main ongoing project is Rafael Sky Boulevard, a 1.5 km long intricate design of office space and commercial areas covered by a canopy of solar panels and vegetation.

Lingang Group

Owned by the Government of Shanghai, our group is an important tool of the urban and economic development strategies of Shanghai. Our group manages assets of the state to either operate or invest in free trade zones and industrial, business or technologic parks.

Lingang group currently operates over 13 parks, including Caohejing Hi-Tech Parks.

The reach of our group allows for our clients to access a wider range of services and more opportunities to reach bigger Chinese groups or investors

Caohejing Hi-Tech Parks

As of 2016, China has hundreds of technologic parks. Caohejing was simply the first, established in 1984 and elevated State-Level Development Zone in 1988.

We work closely with the local administration. As a partner, we have a seat in the commitees of urban planing. As experts, we participate to the discussion on IP regulations and Incentive Policies
