ERV in partnership with Prosemino delivers an incubator program for early-stage energy and clean tech startups. This program fosters innovation by providing deep technical expertise on-site as well as leading lab and testing facilities, particularly in hydrogen and electrochemical tech.

Adonis Pouroulis, Andrew Clover, Hayden Sommer and Marcus Clover founded ERV, following the IPO of Li-Cycle, a startup they provided angel capital to and who are pioneering Li-ion battery recycling. Other companies founded by Adonis include Tharisa PLC, Petra Diamonds, Chariot Transitional Energy, Rainbow Rare Earths, Toro Gold and Li-Metal.
