Craftsman Capital is a Dallas-based, operationally-focused private equity firm investing in lower middle-market companies that exhibit a strong potential for growth. The firm has been allocated $40 million of dedicated, long-term capital and is seeking control investments in operating companies with EBITDA of $1 million - $5 million that are based in Texas or surrounding states. We provide equity capital to privately-held businesses to facilitate buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth investments.
